Varsity Hawks rock the annual volleyball pink game!

Viera’s Varsity Volleyball players won the annual Pink Game 3-0.  Every year the volleyball teams hold a breast cancer fundraiser through the Side-Out Foundation.  All proceeds from the sale of T-shirts and wristbands went to the Side-Out Foundation.  This year’s game was at Space Coast High School on Wednesday, Oct 12^th.

And since we’re talking about the team, the Varsity team is doing amazing this year! The Hawks are 12-3 and 1^st in the district. Viera High will be hosting district finals on Thursday, Oct 27^th. The varsity team’s defensive leader Shelby Jelinek is ranked 1^st in our 7A region in digs, 4^th in the state of Florida and 34^th in the NATION!
